I started work again yesterday, taking it slowly at first working at home half the time and in the office the rest. This morning was interesting, having a conf call whilst dilating, but with judicious use of the phone’s mute button, I managed! 
When I went into the office today, my desk didn’t look quite as it normally does. My lovely team had been creative and had put together a little display to welcome me back:
Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to stay long at work, leaving at 14h00, barely able to stand, but it was a lovely welcome back and I’m looking forward to being stronger next week and to working with these lovely people!
